What data we process
For a table reservation we ask for your name, email, phone, date, time and number of guests. For a contact request, only your name, email and message. We use this data only to handle your reservation or question.
How long we keep data
Reservation data is kept up to two months after your visit. Contact requests are kept up to six months, or for as long as needed to follow up properly.
Who we share data with
We do not share your data with third parties, except with our email service Resend for sending the confirmation. No marketing emails unless you specifically opt in.
Cookies
Our site uses only technically necessary cookies. No tracking, no advertising cookies, no external analytics.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Email patstostibar@gmail.com and we will handle your request within 30 days.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about the processing of your data you can file it with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
